A state of returning to life. In reality, this occurs for everyone when we pass through the portal of death. When leaving behind the body of matter, we begin a new life in the body of spirit, which has been preparing itself all the time. Resurrection does not belong to any single individual.
As the Nazarene passed to the world of spirit, he released a tremendous amount of psychic and spiritual energy that enabled a visual manifestation to those who were close to him. This was in accordance to the usual three day period when death finally occurs.
