The Astral Plane is sometimes referred to as the fourth dimension, or a lower plane of the fourth dimension. This is generally regarded as a primitive dimension with superstitious beliefs, where thought is reality. It is not until we progress into the higher realms of the fifth dimension, that we can shed the impressions of physical existence.
