Tai Chi


Tai Chi is the grand ultimate. It is often referred to as a special form of exercise that embraces mind, body and spirit in the form of a slow moving meditation. The technique involves special forms, using a certain style, to create harmony, balance, calmness and clarity.

Certain forms are taught as a martial art (Tai Chi Chuan), while others focus primarily on meditation. Tai Chi Chuan represents a fusion of the spiritual with the physical. Chuan means fist, or metaphorically action.
